Rich is a marketing strategist focused primarily on startups, technology, and marketing to doctors. He has advised startups that have collectively returned almost $2 billion to founders and investors. Rich founded glassCanopy in 2001. He holds an MBA in finance & marketing from Columbia University and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.

Mariam has created and executed strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns in markets ranging from North Africa, Europe to the U.S. She earned a BBA with a double major in Finance and Marketing and master’s of science in Integrated Marketing Communications. She is AdWords and Google Analytics certified, as well as a Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist.

Jen was born and raised in the Bay Area and graduated from UC Davis with a degree in psychology and dramatic arts. She enjoys participating in musical theater and is a trained ballet dancer. She spends her free time exploring San Francisco and trying to pet as many dogs as possible.
Andy Moskowitz | Editor/Writer
Andy was born in the Philadelphia suburbs and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in creative writing and film studies. As a writer and editor, Andy’s worked with a range of clients: from hospitals to video game developers to a talk show on MTV. He’s a total comedy nerd and is proud to say Stephen Colbert once used one of his jokes. Andy spends his free time performing improv comedy, quipping on Twitter, and overdosing on the news.
In addition to our full time staff, we work with a regular crew of a dozen part-time and contract workers.
